I went to sleep too early last night, so i was up well before dawn this morning. I could see that the clouds might break, but at the expected sunrise time around 7 am there was still no sun breaking through and no color. Then I realized that I was looking at a clock which hadn't been set back an hour for the time change! I had a half hour to get ready and down tot he shore, to arrive a good half hour ahead of the sunrise. Six hundred seventy shots later, I had a few good ones, and enough to assemble a 22 second time-lapse video.
