Cold, Snowy Morning on Topaz Lake

It has been cold in the Eastern Sierra this week… 10 degrees this morning at Topaz Lake.  The below freezing temperatures make it a little cold for fishing, but it does create a beautiful mist on the water as the sun struggles to break through the fog and mist.  This image was taken earlier this morning.  I'm sorting through my images from Death Valley this week, but it's hard to ignore the nice light outside!
