I've roughly doubled the size of this album since creating and sharing it yesterday, and I've just put nearly a dozen new photos ear the front. Mojave is definitely a park worth visiting when you're in Southern California. Thanks for the +1s and shares!

I'm years overdue for a return to East Mojave.
I need to escape work and get out more often.
Brings back memories of living in the desert as a child.

Fantastic photos +Jeff Sullivan , you really climbed those Kelso Dunes. Love your work, and think it's awesome that this is coming from a Berkeley guy. Go Bears!
It was worth it +Rick Frame. One of the coolest things was seeing a group of 8-10 people sliding down from the top of the highest dune. These dunes have "singing sand", so as they slid it was making a musical humming sound, and with so many people it sounded a bit like a squadron of WWII bombers.
