One of the cool things about Google+ is all of the fun and interesting tools people build using the +Google+ API. Yesterday I received notification that people had mapped the distribution of their global contacts (people who follow them in their circles), so I went over to try it out myself. Here's the result it produces:

I've just created a map with my followers on +CircleCount! And you are part of it: +Eric Cheng, +Margaret Tompkins, +Chris Loft, +April Joy Gutel, +Grant Collier, +Stefan Haworth, +Stefanie Loges, +Linda Villers, +Laouennig Blodwenn cotance (randomly chosen by CircleCount 😉 ) You can create your own with the button below.

Well I'll be. Just did mine. I had no idea that I was so popular.:)
Very interesting – thanks for sharing!
VERY cool!
Hey +Jeff Sullivan if you ever need an intermediary to relieve you of the torture created by this incredible burden, I'm your man.
I've been using the map for a while, but I'm impressed with your use of the Google button for this, making the "create" button!
As far as I know +Tara Mulder, the "share" feature on the site created that button when it created this post. It's new to me; I haven't ventured to click on it yet to see what it does.
I have most of the places I have been, not all yet, maybe one day I will have the time to post some more.
tghhhhhhhhhmj
That is cool! I should try it. Thanks Jeff.
Great..
Looks cool, but what does it tell you?
It seems you're pretty popular in North and Central America, Europe, Middle East and South Asia … those are your popular travel/photography destinations?
Awesome!!!
