Those of you who attended our night workshops at Bodie last year may be eligible for the special members-only BBQ dinner ($25) and tours held in Bodie after the Friends of Bodie Day event on Saturday, August 10:

Annual Friends of Bodie Day event is August 10 this year
The town should be decorated like this for the Friends of Bodie Day on the following day when we shoot there the night of August 9. Many of us will return that next morning to see scenes from Bodie's past reenacted by volunteers wearing period costumes.
The workshop on Friday night runs 6 pm – 1 am ($325 ). Sunset will be 7:55 pm, 4.3% crescent moon sets behind hills in the 8:30 – 8:45 time frame. The workshop includes Bodie Foundation membership, so you can sign up for the optional members-only BBQ ($25) hosted by the Bodie Foundation after hours the following day after the Friends of Bodie Day event.
