Aspen Grove in the Mono Basin

It seemed like Fall colors season came early and went really fast this year.  There are still areas of nice color, especially under 7000 feet, and pockets above, but  above 7000 many areas peaked over the past couple of weekends.

know that there is a way to get
    your ex chasing you around
again wanting to be with you,
because this is exactly what i did
when my boyfriend left me for

  2. The way things this fall are going, I'll be enjoying those wonderful "bare winter" aspens (and cottonwoods, and poplars, …) rather than dressed for the prom date in those vibrant "warm" colors, +Jeff Sullivan . I love 'em year 'round, even when they aren't all made up all nice and pretty. You'd think they were the ugly duckling the rest of the year.

Best Wishes up there in the mountains!
