The prime summer Milky Way photography season is coming, and photographers increasingly have cameras which can easily capture it, so here's a recording of the show we did this week describing how you can plan for Milky Way photography yourself.
Many of the illustrations I use are on my blog post on +Blogger, where you can see how I've anticipated the Milky Way rise times and orientation in the sky for some of my upcoming photography workshops, as well as other dark night sky dates around the new moon from now through August:

This +YouTube copy of the +Landscape Photography Show seems to be the easiest to share with your friends wherever they may be on the Internet, but there's more interactive discussion associated with the Landscape Photography Show event here on G+: https://plus.google.com/events/c44gqt69f4evgfuqjjbiahuke94
If you'd like to join me for hands-on instruction and practice, I'll be helping photographers master night photography on many nights and trips this year: http://www.jeffsullivanphotography.com/blog/bodie-night-photography-workshops/
