It's amazing how good camera phones are getting… I can't wait to see how good they get in the next 5 years! Here are a few shots from my recent Death Valley trips.

Death Valley on a Mobile Phone
Can decent pictures be taken on a device which isn't primarily a camera? Sometimes.
When my landscape photography guide book to Southern California is done, I'll be resuming my photography workshops to Death Valley: http://www.jeffsullivanphotography.com/blog/death-valley-photography-workshop-2013/

These were all taken on an iPhone 5S +Lilian Bourcart
Thank you so much!
I am a bit a old bushwoman in Africa ... is this a Samsung ... ???
+Lilian Bourcart No, some of the apps I want to use run only on an Apple iPhone, so I bought the iPhone 5S. From what I've seen, the iPhone5S also seems to produce some of the best photographs, especially with the HDR mode turned on. It's not the least expensive phone on the market, but as a photographer I'd like to capture relatively high quality pictures on my phone when I want to be able to share an update online.
All great!
They have come pretty far the Nokia Lumia has a 41 mp sensor and 6x optical zoom by Zeiss. A friend has one it takes stunning pictures.
