There's so much history captured here, you can easily spend hours touring the exhibits. If you arrive before 1 pm you can catch a bus onto Kennedy Space Center to tour the Apollo/Saturn V Center as well:
"Feel the space race come alive as you stand under the largest rocket ever made – the mighty Saturn V. This monumental 363-foot rocket was America’s lunar transportation for 27 brave astronauts who traveled to the moon and back, fulfilling the dreams and imagination of people around the world. The same sense of awe still overwhelms visitors today."

You see the vehicles that propel us into space and the glorious photos, technology, "off the charts" but it still feels somehow, unreal.
+Jeff Sullivan great photos of an amazing place!
Thanks +Marta Rauch, it's so cool to be able to see such important moments in modern American history, so well presented!
+Jeff Sullivan yes! Everyone should visit the space center visitor complex at least once.
+Marta Rauch I didn't arrive at the KSC Visitor Complex early enough to catch a bus to the Apollo/Saturn V building, so I'll definitely have to go back. Besides, I'll need to see an SLS launch!
+Jeff Sullivan I want to see the SLS launch, too!
+Marta Rauch How could anyone not? Nearly 4X more thrust than Orion? That's crazy big.
+Jeff Sullivan yes!
Very good
