It's well established that RAW format gives you higher quality and more flexibility in DSLR photography, but is it useful for mobile phone cameras? I investigate that in a new blog post: http://activesole.blogspot.com/2015/06/lg-g4-raw-vs-jpg-mobile-phone-photography.html

Great post! I have a NEX5R, but that Android L allows RAW had me curious. (It's not just the G4-it's a software option in any fully updated Android phone, fwiw.)
+Charles Gaines I read that Android 5.0 enabled RAW, the LG has 5.1, haven't heard of another specific model shooting RAW yet, in some cases no doubt due to manufacturer/carrier support/rollout of OS for certain phone models. I found out the hard way with my original Droid that OS advancement/support is worthless without carrier rollout.
Fairly certain the Nexus 6 and probably the '14 Moto X; Sony has said they will think about turning it on.
Hermoso retrato.
