Lake Manly is Back in Badwater Basin!
Lake Manly forms in the Badwater Basin when enough rain falls in the surrounding mountain ranges to leave a pool of water. Recent rains have formed Lake Manly, and it will resurface the salt flats with a fresh coat of white, but it often does not last long under Death Valley's baking sun.It's always a good idea to check the Death Valley Road Conditions page before visiting:
