Obama negotiated this and is pushing for it but the unions don't want it as it will cost a lot of jobs here in the US. I find it amazing the Democrats have lined up against there own party's deal and are blaming the Republicans. Don't get me wrong it is another bad deal and I hope it goes down in flames.
