  • I was right there. My background was a macro shot of the plant life in the sand. If you want to know where I was standing, look at the clouds, then down and to the right. I was standing on that EXACT LEDGE. That specific mountain is called half-dome and the picture was taken on north-dome. both mountains are in Mammoth.

  • We were on Tioga Rd just prior to when you took these photos...but our shots aren't quite as good ?. What a pleasure to stumble upon your photos and relive great memories of our trip. Thanks!
