I was in death valley on March 12 and couldn't find the commet anywhere. Was it only during a certain time of day?
I'm glad to see that old mill from DV again +Jeff Sullivan! Beautifully done video! I love it!
Yes +Alik Griffin It was only visible for about 30 minutes during evening twilight, and only if you intentionally picked a high spot with a low horizon. I planned the shot using +Google Earth maps ahead of time.
All it's missing is you, +Brian Bach Sørensen, +Tim Gupta and friends +Mark Esguerra!
That #dv2011 photowalk +Thomas Hawk and +Lotus Carroll organized was awesome. It'd be fun to do more!
The timelapse of the comet is really cool Jeff!
So is the rest of it haha, I just really liked seeing the comet. 🙂
Magnífico !!!
+Jeff Sullivan Ah gotcha. I should have done my research. Thanks.
very nice
Wow! Such an impressive video and very beautiful scenery!
Absolutely amazing.
so cool
Awesome. I attempted to see PANSTARRS from my location out east, but alas the weather wouldn't cooperate.
Muy bello!!!
I looked and looked but never saw it, so sad…..
That was very nice, and fun, +Jeff Sullivan. I thought the music went well; the pacing was good. Dissolves between stills might work better for me but no doubt you knowingly opted otherwise.
Es perfecto!!
ยอดเยี่ยม!!
Wonderful! 😉
