It should be here +Sairam Sundaresan: http://youtu.be/YWtkgD4ofMo
You and Lori have been posting so many fantastic milky way shots from Bodie!
Thanks Jeff 🙂
We had more workshops earlier this year +Stephanie Sawyer, and with more "dark sky" time (with the moon down). The next one Aug 9 should be great for Milky Way shots, since the moon will set by about 9pm. We should have some Perseid meteors too!
Superb capture!

I've created links to places within the recorded show so people can skip forward to where I demonstrate each app:
StarStaX app for star trails: http://youtu.be/YWtkgD4ofMo?t=17m43s
VirtualDub for converting a sequence of night shots to time-lapse video: http://youtu.be/YWtkgD4ofMo?t=51m47s
Since mid-June a new version 0.60 of StarStaX has added a "comet" mode to show the direction of rotation of the stars.
A link to watch my next appearance on the Landscape Photography Show will be posted to the show's G+ page on Google+ shortly before my appearance on October 8 at 7pm:

I prefer to shoot ultra-wide at night, either 16mm or 14mm +Kathy Longshore, so I can include lots of sky.
